My approach to healing:
I bring a background in Psychology, with qualifications in Counselling and Coaching, and ongoing training in mental health and wellness.
Each session is personalised to your goals and what feels most supportive for you. Together, we may explore different areas of your life and the messages your mind and body are communicating through symptoms, emotions, or thought patterns.
Depending on your needs, I may draw from coaching to support meaningful and practical change, counselling to deepen emotional awareness and insight, and hypnotherapy to ease stress or anxiety.
These approaches are available to you as they become relevant to your treatment, as part of a holistic process that meets you where you are.
I want to remind you - what ever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re not alone. We all go through times that feel like we’re walking a gauntlet, and we all come out the other side.

I ask meaningful questions and offer tools and strategies, to work with you in shifting what’s keeping you stuck.
It’s about supporting your mind, body and soul holistically, so that you can create sustainable and supportive change.
Additionally, I bring lived experience into my knowledge and understanding - I know what it’s like to push through depletion and to live in survival mode. My own path has been about releasing those patterns and learning to feel safe again.
