We’ll uncover the underlying threads contributing to your stress, and together, co-create a support plan that’s doable. More about Samara:

I hold a degree in Psychology, with qualifications in Counselling and Life Coaching, with ongoing training in mental health and wellness.

My extensive training and experience includes chronic fatigue, nervous system regulation, yoga psychology teacher training, childhood abuse and neglect, western and eastern philosophies, mental illness, disability, addiction and nutrition.

Most importantly — I know what it’s like to push through depletion and to live in survival mode. My own healing path has been about releasing those patterns and learning to feel safe in my body again.
