Soul Bloom Wellness offers holistic, trauma-informed support for women navigating burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, chronic stress, and disconnection. This includes coaching, emotional wellness sessions, and nervous system-based tools to help you feel more empowered, present, and aligned in your life.

2. How is your approach different from traditional therapy or coaching?

At Soul Bloom Wellness, I integrate mental health expertise, coaching tools, somatic practices, and intuitive guidance. It's not about fixing you — it's about reconnecting you with your own inner wisdom and creating sustainable shifts from the inside out.

3. Is this right for me if I’m feeling overwhelmed or burnt out, but not sure why?

Yes — many clients come feeling foggy, stuck, or like they're carrying the weight of too many expectations. Together, we gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface, including stress patterns, boundaries, nervous system responses, and lifestyle habits.

4. Do I need to have a clear goal before I begin sessions?

Not at all. Many clients arrive unsure of what they need — they just know something isn’t working. Part of our work is helping you reconnect with clarity, confidence, and self-trust so that your next steps come from alignment, not pressure.

5. What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are personalised and can include reflective conversation, emotional regulation strategies, nervous system education, mindfulness, boundary work, and mindset coaching. I create a nurturing space where we follow what feels most supportive for you on that day.

6. How often do you recommend sessions?

This depends on your goals and capacity. Some clients start weekly or fortnightly and then transition to monthly support. You’re welcome to go at your own pace — consistency is helpful, but there’s no one-size-fits-all.

7. Can I work with you alongside other therapy or health services?

Absolutely. My support complements other therapeutic or medical care and often works well alongside allied health services. We’ll stay in your lane of focus, and if needed, I can refer or suggest collaborative options.

8. Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, all sessions are currently offered online, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in Australia.

9. Are your services covered by Medicare or private health insurance?

At this stage, Soul Bloom Wellness sessions are not covered by Medicare or private health. However, some clients prefer this as it allows for greater flexibility and a more holistic, soul-centred approach.

10. Do you offer one-off clarity sessions?

Yes — I offer Clarity & Confidence sessions for women who want a gentle, powerful reset. These are ideal if you’re facing a decision, struggling with self-doubt, or need support navigating a life or career crossroads.

11. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I ask for 24 hours’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation. This honours both your time and mine, and supports the integrity of our work together.
