Healing, by living in alignment

All day, every day we receive cues of how aligned we are with our true desires.

There’s energetic expansions or contractions, leading to optimum health and happiness or sometimes the opposite, illness and sadness.

You know when you’re about to take some kind of action, sometimes you may experience a feeling of resistance in your body, you close in, feel heavy - there’s an energetic pull, and maybe even some self talk negating what you’re about to do. It can be so subtle.

Bringing awareness to this is a key part to ridding unconscious conflict within, and integral to a healing path.

If we take some time to get to know our body, we can connect to this, and let it guide us to more conscious decisions, aligning with our health goals, our career choices, and our general day to day enjoyment of life.

Be curious about misalignment in your life, notice how it feels when you think of it. Question what that could mean. And pay attention to the subtleties in your body, there is so much wisdom there.
